Specter provides AI-powered automation services for growing businesses. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are billed monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee may apply. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Specter's liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 30 days. We are not liable for missed calls, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from service interruptions or AI errors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
